1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 7winer website and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms"). 3.3 Account Verification

7winer reserves the right to verify your identity and request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Verification may be required before processing withdrawal requests. Accounts that fail to complete verification procedures may be suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

7winer accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform. Funds deposited into your 7winer account are for gaming purposes only and cannot be transferred to other users.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. 7winer reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits that are suspected to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any portion of the Platform for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 7winer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or gaming opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your 7winer account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10.3 Technical Issues

In the event of game malfunctions, communication failures, or technical errors, 7winer reserves the right to void affected gaming sessions and refund stakes. Users must report technical issues immediately upon discovery. Claims made more than thirty (30) days after the alleged issue occurred will not be considered.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

7winer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. Any remaining legitimate balance in your account may be withdrawn subject to verification procedures. 7winer is not obligated to provide reasons for account closure decisions.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, and remaining account balances will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 7winer services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

All disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against 7winer. Any arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

7winer operates in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory provisions of Philippine law, the legal provisions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

14. Amendments to Terms

7winer reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. 15. Severability
